Noelle Lynskey, born in Strokestown, was the town’s Poet Laureate in 2021. Having spent a lifetime writing, she recently completed her MA in Creative Writing (UL) and is delighted to launch her collection with Arlen House.
Noelle Lynskey completed her MA (Creative Writing) in UL in 2022 and was Strokestown’s Poet Laureate in 2021. Widely published in anthologies and journals, online and on radio, her debut collection Featherweight, from Arlen House, will be published in 2025. A community pharmacist in Portumna, artistic adviser to Shorelines Arts Festival, Noelle also facilitates Portumna Pen Pushers and collaborates in many literary and artistic projects.
